Robert the Bruce traveled to England with William the Conquer from Normandy France. He became the first King of Scotland wearing the scottish crown in 1306. He led Scotland during the First War of scottish Independce against England after William Wallace. He sucessfully regained Scotland as an independent Country at Bennockburn.
